Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital presence, including our website and social media channels, to ensure maximum engagement and conversion.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s overall objectives and brand messaging. Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

  • Oversee the content and functionality of the company website.
  • Coordinate with web developers to implement updates and improvements.
  • Monitor website analytics to track performance and optimize user experience.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed to improve organic search rankings.

2. Social Media Engagement:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond accordingly.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.

3. Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Develop email content, including newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Segment email lists based on target audience and campaign objectives.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.

4. Telemarketing:

  • Coordinate telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Develop scripts and training materials for telemarketing staff.
  • Monitor and analyze telemarketing performance to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align telemarketing strategies with sales goals.

5. Marketing Collateral Development:

  • Create and manage a range of marketing materials, including newsletters, white papers, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external writers, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality content.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Distribute marketing materials through appropriate channels to reach target audiences.

6. Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and address any challenges.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

7. General Marketing Activities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of website management, social media platforms, email marketing, and telemarketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
